Shipping Policy :

Subject to stock availability, orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days via India Post. For express shipping or use of any other postal service, please contact us. Dispatches via India Post are billed at a standard shipping rate that doesn't change with the order weight, while dispatches via other postal services are billed as per the weight and size of the parcel.

Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or holidays. An email is sent with tracking details once your order is shipped. As transit time varies with location and courier service, we cannot assure on delivery dates. Puroos Enterprise (P) Ltd. will hold no responsibility if the courier service is delayed or product gets damaged during the course of delivery.

Puroos Enterprise (P) Ltd. takes no responsibility for delivery signed by an alternative person other than the name on the parcel, at the delivery address indicated. We do not take responsibility for incorrect delivery address provided at the time of placing the order.

Owing to the weather conditions, cheese, compound chocolate, or couverture chocolate may melt or leak in transit. By placing the order, you agree that no return or refund requests will be accepted for the same.

Cancellation Policy :

Depending on the order, we may accept order changes or cancellation requests any time before we bill your order. We charge 4% cancellation charges in any kind of cancellation. Please note: Orders once billed cannot be cancelled or changed. 

Return/Refund Policy :

In the event something goes wrong, here is our return/refund policy:

We do not offer exchange or refunds. Goods once sold will not be returned or replaced. We accept returns only if you have received a damaged product or a wrong product has been shipped to you. Unboxing video is required to process the request for the same. Please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. The buyer is expected to pack the product properly to avoid any damage in transit. The item(s) have to be in new, unopened condition, with the original packing intact.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is accepted, you’ll be refunded in the form of store credit, which will be issued instantly. Please note, shipping charges, if any, are not part of the refund. The entire cost of the product alone will be refunded.
